Check out Mytee Products’ 3/8" - 1/2" Hi-Viz Green Quick Ratchet Chain Binder w/ Folding Handle of 12,000 lbs working load limit. The easier-to-install binder is compatible with Grade 70 and Grade 80 tie-down chains of 3/8" and 1/2" sizes. It will enable you to secure heavy equipment and loads during transportation, preventing shifting/loosening of the loads. Moreover, it includes a tightening & loosening lever, foldable handle, ratchet mechanism, vinyl-coated grip, zinc-plated grab hooks, and more. Check out the detailed explanation below:-

Measurements: Our ratchet binder has a foldable handle with an overall length of 13-7/8" and a handle length of 9-1/2". It will collapse to 180 degrees, securing it in position when not in use, providing plenty of storage space, and minimizing the risk of damage during transport. The grab hooks are securely connected to the eye hook of the binder, which can retract and extend from 25-1/2" to 31-4/5". Additionally, the take up is 6".
Quality Construction: We have engineered our ratchet chain binders from durable and robust steel that can withstand tension and stress while securing the loads. The binder is powder-coated with safety green to ensure high visibility during transportation and operation. Workers and vehicles will have clear visibility of the loads, warning them to keep a necessary distance. The metal is heat-treated and proof-tested for durability.
Unique Design: You will find zinc-plated grab hooks to withstand the rigors of transportation. The coating will protect the hooks from scratches, corrosion, and rust. Our binder also includes a vinyl-coated barrel for a firm grip during operation. Lastly, it has a folding handle to save space and prevent injuries.
Ratchet Mechanism: These load binders have a ratchet mechanism to tighten and loosen the chain as per the desired tension. The handle is foldable, enabling you to secure it when not in use and lock the lever, preventing accidental release of tension during transport. You can also use a padlock (sold separately) for an external locking system, preventing theft.
Working Load Limit: We have designed our ratchet load binder to withstand a working load limit of 12,000 lbs and a breaking strength of 48,000 lbs. It also complies with the rules and regulations of CVSA & DOT Compliant, making it a highly secure and efficient binder. Do not exceed the load limit as it may lead to accidents or injuries.
Operation: Check out the complete installation process to save you time:-
- Take the chain binder and unscrew the hooks into an open position, turn about 15 times on both sides.
- Connect both hooks to different ends of the chain and anchor point.
- Now, start ratcheting with the binder to tighten the chain and the loads will be secured.
- Now, pull the handle down, taking a 180-degree angle, and lock with the lever above.
- If you want to release the chain binder then go slow. First, click the release tension binder and twist it in the opposite direction to release the tension.
- Start unscrewing the and keep doing it until the chain is loose, allowing you to release the hook from the chain.
