This heavy-duty binder is designed to keep chains tightly in place, avoiding shifting and ensuring road safety. Find more about this ratchet chain binder below:

Size: This folding handle ratchet binder has a barrel length of 10" with a TR 22-4 screw diameter, allowing precise load tensioning. It is equipped with a 3/8" - 1/2" grab hook on one end for secure chain attachment and a 5/8" slip hook on the other for easy positioning. The length can be adjusted from 26" (closed) to 32-3/8" (open) hook to hook, providing flexibility for securing different load sizes.
Compatibility & Capacity: This ratchet binder is compatible with G70, G80 3/8" and 1/2" chains, making it ideal for various heavy-duty tie-down applications. With a working load limit of 12,000 lbs and a breaking strength of 36,000 lbs, it provides reliable strength for securing machinery, construction materials, and cargo.
Construction: This chain binder is constructed from high-strength steel and is built for durability and long-term performance. Its zinc-plated finish of the hook provides corrosion protection, extending its lifespan in harsh environments. Application: This ratchet binder is ideal for securing loads on flatbed trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery. It is commonly used in industries like construction, agriculture, and transportation to secure and ensure proper tensioning of load, avoiding risk of loosening or falling during transportation. It is useful for secure machinery and vehicles, pipes, lumber, or other construction materials. Tighten chains and hold them firmly in place with this binder as it minimizes movement and potential hazards during binder is easy to install with the following steps:

Attach the grab hook to a chain link on one side and the slip hook to the rub rail of the deck, following the wide opening.
Manually shorten or lengthen the barrel to remove excess slack in the chain. Unscrew the eye hook to an open position, turn about 15 times to loosen the binder before proper tensioning.
Use the folding ratchet handle to rotate the barrel in to and fro motion, pulling the hooks closer together and increasing tension. You can pull the handle down by taking 180 degrees, and lock it with the lever.
Fold down the handle to secure the binder in place.

Maintenance Tips

Check for wear, deformation, or rust on the binder and hooks before each use.
Wipe down the binder to remove dirt and other impurities that could lead to corrosion.
Periodically apply a lubricant to the screw mechanism for smooth operation.
Fold the handle and store it in a dry location to avoid damage. It can also be stored in the truck's tool boxes.
