The aFe 46‑20674‑R BladeRunner Hot & Cold Charge Pipe Kit is a precision-engineered upgrade for the 3.0 L EcoBoost engines in 2022–2025 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator (models built after 09/2021 without the factory bypass valve). Featuring mandrel-bent aluminum pipes (2¼″ hot side, 2¾″ cold side), this kit delivers an airflow increase of up to 15% on the hot side and 28% on the cold side, reducing turbo lag and improving throttle response.

This full replacement kit includes SmartSeal stainless-steel clamps, heavy-duty silicone couplers, and 1/8″ NPT ports for custom sensor or water/methanol injection setups. Built in the USA and protected by a 2-year warranty, it seamlessly bolts in with stock hardware and documentation. Finished with a rugged red powder coat and laser-etched branding, it\'s a tough and stylish upgrade for performance-minded Explorer and Aviator owners--note this is not compliant with California’s CARB standards.
