The motor feels quicker to react, smoother when coming onto plane, and more eager to climb through the RPM range. The smooth bellmouth entry helps reduce turbulence at the carb inlet, allowing the engine to pull air more efficiently.These are not a “bolt on 20 horsepower” gimmick the real benefit is improving how the engine breathes and how it feels when you’re running it. A good intake setup is about efficiency, response, and getting the most out of the combination you already have.I didn’t just download a file and start printing. These were designed from the ground up specifically around the Yamaha 90 square-bowl carburetors. Every measurement, curve, and profile was developed through testing to find the best balance between airflow, throttle response, and reliability.Another major advantage is for anyone running without the factory airbox. These velocity stacks help reduce the amount of fuel and oil mist that gets blown back onto the powerhead, keeping the engine bay cleaner while giving the carburetor setup a much more finished look.Each set is printed using high-quality PETG filament, selected for its durability, heat resistance, and resistance to moisture and chemicals. PETG has proven itself in marine environments and is an excellent material choice for a part mounted under an outboard cowl.Available Colors:
