30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for items that are listed or shipped incorrectly, at no charge.

• Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, modified (including writing or marks), or missing parts.

• Damaged or Missing Items: All shipments are protected by insurance. If your item(s) are received in damaged packaging, there are steps as the customer, you are responsible for in order for the reimbursement/replacement process to be fulfilled. The proper steps to take for damaged packages are below.

• Return Policy: Buyer pays for the return shipping. If you use an shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Tracking information will be emailed and in the sale.
