Shipping Costs:All items shipped from WunderCarParts ship UPS or FedEx ground for free to the Lower 48 States.* Some items that are overweight, larger than normal, or special order, may incur additional freight charges. We strive to maintain accurate rates on our items, but at times, certain products will have modified freight, and will incur other charges, if this occurs, WunderCarParts will contact you to discuss the differences in costs or arrange a different shipping method if possible.

Signature Requirement:Any item over $750 per policy for Seller protection are shipped Signature required, requiring an adult to sign for the package upon delivery.
UPS and FedEx maintain the option to REQUIRE a signature at the time of delivery, regardless of the recipients request to leave the package at the door. We make every effort to ship as requested by the customer, but the carrier reserves the right to make any changes based on the value of the shipment or other liability considerations.
International Shipping:We have enabled all of our listings to allow for Global/International shipping. However, some of listings is unable to ship internationally.

ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICYIn the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, we have a very limited amount of time to try to stop the order from shipping. To understand the process, the second we get payment your order is sent to the warehouse, picked, packed, placed on a pallet with other packages, it is then shrink wrapped and placed on a UPS or FEDEX truck. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.

CORE RETURNS POLICY:All cores are due within 30 days of purchase. You must follow the core return directions emailed to you upon purchase.
