Complete cooler hatch assembly, including the hatch cover, latch, bombardier hinges and stainless tether. The cover is 3D printed from UV and Petroleum impervious PETG plastic with a high resolution laser scan of the original part. P/N: 204072062
Glass transition temperature of this plastic is very similar to that of the resin the boat is built with. This is NOT printed with PLA. PLA will warp in the sun and is the most popular printer filament. Most Nalgene bottles are injection molded with PETG.
Hinges are fastened with aluminum rivets, and backed with 304 stainless plates.
