Return Policy Products may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less shipping cost). All returned items must be unused, non-installed, new, and sale-able condition. Any missing parts, knobs, etc. from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion. Any refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Due to the electrical nature of our products NO refunds or returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
