Return Shipping & Refund Policy Seller Responsibility:
- If the issue is caused by us (e.g., wrong item due to listing errors, quality defects, damaged goods, or items not matching listing images), we will either cover all return shipping costs OR issue you a full refund directly – simply attach photos as proof when contacting us, and we will process it within 24 hours.
Buyer Responsibility:
- If you purchase the wrong model, or if you simply dislike the item, no longer want it, or find a lower price (buyer error), you will either need to pay the return shipping costs yourself to send the item back or receive a partial refund to keep the item. Our shipping boxes are large, and return fees often exceed the item’s value.
Return Shipping & Refund Policy:
- Customer must contact kairos-auto-parts within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
- Please note that all returns must be advance approval by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
- Exchanges due to shipping errors by kairos-auto-parts will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.
- We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage.
