We ship via USPS First Class for small items under 1 pound that fit into a padded envelope or small package. Many other items under 5 pounds ship USPS Priority Ground. For larger items, they are shipped FedEx or UPS to the Continental US only. Free shipping offered in the contiguous United States only unless noted otherwise. If shipping outside of this area, there will be a surcharge billed on the order. Please contact us for shipping rates before placing an order. We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. Items ship out within 1 business day, unless noted otherwise. If you would like rush shipping, please contact us for shipping rates to your area before placing an order.

RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-approved before shipping them back. Please Include in the return: The item #, your screen name, your real name, your shipping address, and any other information so we can process the return quickly.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts. We accept returns within 30 days after the buyer receives the merchandise. The returned merchandise should look like new, with the original packaging. We cannot return an item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. Only the merchandise amount will be refunded, buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and restocking charges.

We do not reimburse shipping for any reason.

All returns without prior authorization will be denied.

EXCHANGES:

All exchanges must be notified and authorized by email within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise will not be replaced if it was due to alteration, improper use or installation. If damage has occurred during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take care of it for you.
