All returns MUST be uninstalled, and still in the original unmarked manufacture's (ie no writing on box) packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on ELECTRICAL ITEMS. Returned items that had Free Shipping will have shipping deducted from the total amount refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The buyer's refund will be less the 20% restocking fee, or the shipping amount (whichever is greater) will be deducted. In some cases returns may be required to have VIN number verification.
