These are brand new but the factory drilled the holes incorrectly on the cross-shaft. Because the holes are drilled the wrong direction, the T-Bolt mounts up and down instead of side to side and the bolt threads do not reach through as far as they should. Please see all pics - 1 pic shows a T-Bolt, they are not included.
