If your Mini Cooper instrument cluster (speedometer/tachometer) has failed and you bought a used replacement, you cannot simply plug it in.

3. Purchase a replacement unit (used or new) if you haven't already.
4. Package BOTH units (Original + Replacement) securely in a box.
5. Include a note inside the box with your:
• Username
• Return Address
• Phone Number
• Optional: Desired Mileage (if original data is corrupted, otherwise we transfer exactly what is on the old one).
6. Ship the items to the address provided after purchase.
7. We do the work: We clone the data, verify the transfer, and ship it back to you (usually within 24 hours of receipt).
Shipping Instructions:
• Pack Carefully: These gauges are fragile. Please use plenty of bubble wrap. We are not responsible for shipping damage on the way to us.

A: In 95% of cases, yes. Even if the screen doesn't turn on, the memory chip holding the data is usually readable. If we cannot read your original, we will contact you for a full refund (minus return shipping).
Q: Do you fix the hardware faults?
A: No. This is a software cloning service. We transfer the "brain" of your old unit to the new one. We assume your replacement unit is in good working physical condition.
