What started as a simple idea turned into dozens of prototypes, different lengths, different bell diameters, and a lot of testing to find what actually worked best.I currently have designed and tested these on stock and high performance built outboards with phenomenal results on both ends!
The biggest thing you’ll notice is the difference in throttle response. The motor feels a lot snappier, more eager to rev, and just more alive when you hit the throttle. The smoother bellmouth design helps the engine breathe better by reducing turbulence as air enters the carbs. You’re not going to bolt these on and magically gain 20 horsepower, but they absolutely change the way the motor feels and make the motor more fun to run.I didn’t just download a file and hit print. I designed these from scratch and spent months testing different lengths and bell diameters to find the best balance of throttle response, airflow, and overall performance instead of chasing power in one specific RPM range.Another added benefit, especially for guys running airbox deletes, is that they help cut down on the fuel and oil mist that normally gets sprayed all over the powerhead. Anyone who’s pulled an airbox off these motors knows the mess I’m talking about. These help clean up the setup while giving the motor a much cleaner look under the cowl.Each set is printed in high-quality PETG, chosen for its durability, heat resistance, and resistance to moisture and chemicals. PETG has proven to hold up extremely well in the marine environment, making it a great choice for a part that’s living under an outboard cowl.Available colors:
