Product Description
The MBRP ARMOR Pro Race Profile Cat-Back Exhaust brings a full quad-exit exhaust upgrade to the LT2-powered C8 Corvette, covering both the 2020-2026 Stingray and the 2024-2026 hybrid E-Ray, built entirely from T304 stainless steel for long-term resistance to rust and road salt. The Race Profile tune is MBRP's most aggressive setup for the platform, removing the factory rear mufflers and exhaust valves for a louder, more consistent tone across every drive mode rather than the factory's quiet/loud NPP switching behavior.
Because this system deletes the factory NPP dual-mode valve system, it ships with electronic valve simulators that plug in to replace the factory valve signals, preventing a check-engine light without requiring a tune. This applies the same way on the E-Ray as on the Stingray, since both share the naturally aspirated LT2 6.2L engine and exhaust architecture -- the E-Ray's added electric front motor and AWD hardware don't change the rear exhaust routing. The system does not fit the Z06 or ZR1: those trims run the LT6 5.5L flat-plane-crank V8, a fundamentally different engine with its own factory exhaust manifolds and routing that this LT2-specific system isn't built around.
The full system replaces everything from the catalytic converters back and bolts directly to the factory hanger points, so no cutting, welding, or drilling is needed for installation. The included tips use a dual-wall design, with an outer layer of carbon fiber over a mirror-polished T304 stainless inner sleeve, built to handle sustained exhaust heat while keeping the carbon fiber's appearance intact. It's a fit for Stingray and E-Ray owners who want the most aggressive sound MBRP offers for this platform, backed by MBRP's lifetime warranty on the stainless steel system.
