If your little rider is anything like ours, you already know how awesome these E2 bikes are. Our E2 has been a favorite since the day we took it home. As our Son got older he was quickly outgrowing the bikes seat height. Even with a tall seat and handlebar riser it was still too short, so we got to work finding a solution. Working with a trusted local machine shop we created a system that raises the bike up to 35mm front and rear. We also extended the thread engagement in the fork tube and added preload to front spring rate. This setup has been tested and tuned to give you the perfect ride height and extend the useable life of these fun little bikes. One of the best advantages of this setup is that it raises the peg height to keep from hitting on rocks or dragging while in deep ruts. This helps bridge the gap between the E2 and a larger bike like an E5 or SX50
Everything included with our kit is of excellent quality and has been hand tested to ensure fit. Fork extensions are machined from 14-4 Stainless for strength and resistance to corrosion. The drill jig and hardware sets you up to accurately add a 3rd shock position in the frame for a factory appearance and function. Our kit pairs well with the factory option tall seat and handlebar risers available from a few aftermarket sources. Step by step instructions with clear photos is included to simplify install.
