After 7 days, the item will be relisted, the sale voided and an unpaid item filed with so we can recoup our fees.
All sales shipped to the state of Massachusetts will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
Shipping:Shipping method and fees are listed in the sale. All shipments are tracked, and we will email you a link to the tracking number as soon as it is available. That way, you\'ll know where it is and when it should arrive. We try to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we typically use USPS and FedEx.
We cannot combine shipping. Most items are pre-packed and sealed prior to being listed.
No international shipping.
Cancellations:If for some reason you decide that you no longer wish to purchase an item, please let us know immediately. As long as the item hasn\'t already shipped, we\'ll work with you and cancel the sale.
Returns and Warranty:
Returns are accepted for broken items (unless the item was specifically listed as broken) and items that for some reason are materially different from what was described. Notification must be made within 7 days of item delivery. We\'ll work with you to either replace the item or grant a refund once the original item is returned. If the error was ours, we will pay for return shipping.Damage from shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. In the event of damage during shipping, the shipping company may take as much as 30 days to issue a claim. Refunds will be granted once the claim has been paid by the shipping company.Please understand that many of the items we sell are open boxes, store returns and used items. As such, slight cosmetic blemishes should be expected and are not reason for return.For the same reason mentioned above, scuffs and cosmetic damage to the outside packaging should also be expected unless otherwise noted, and are not reason for return.We offer a 30-day warranty on all electronics. If for some reason an item stops working (and was not physically damaged) within 30 days of shipment, just contact us and we\'ll work out a return or exchange.
