·Inthe event, a problem develops with one of our products, contact our techsupport department. It may be determined that the product will have to bereturned for inspection and/or repair. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number will be assigned to you. This number must be on the box shipped back toFiTech Warranty. Any packaged received without an authorized RMA number andwithout the number written on the box will be rejected and sent back atshipper's expense.
·Theproduct must be returned via freight prepaid. It must be accompanied by a cleardescription of what the problem is with the product.
·Ifthe product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, FiTechwill repair, replace, or issue a credit to the original consumer at ourdiscretion. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender viaprepaid FedEx or other ground carriers.
·Anyproduct used in marine applications unless specifically stated for marineusage.
·Anyparts subject to excessive wear or extreme environments.
