Coresfor re-manufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box will allthe core tags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no externaldamage.
Alltruck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must benoted on the bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is acceptedthe carrier must be notified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealeddamage claim.
Warranty
A180-day warranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unlessotherwise stated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factorydefects in workmanship and materials.
Itcovers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period.If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part,only, will be issued.
Shippingand handling are not refundable. We shall issue a replacement for the defectivepart at no extra cost to the customer, limited to the original 180-day warrantyperiod.
However,the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his/her own expense.Most of our products come direct from the manufacturer and are intended forjobber purposes, instruction manuals may not be included.
Installationby a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product.Warranty may be voided due to improper installation.
Ourliability under no circumstances shall exceed the amount of the original saleThe warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs ormaintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.
