Product Description: This is a metric M8x1.25 exhaust manifold stud & nut set, consisting of 8 studs and8 nuts.The thread size/pitch of both stud and nut is M8x1.25. The stud has an overall length of 46mm, with two unequal-length threaded ends (13.5mmand 25mm). Thelength of the unthreaded center portion is about 8mm. The nut hex size is 12mm (requires a 12mm wrench or socket). The flanged nuts feature a self-locking design, so when they are fastened to a stud by hand, they will stop when they reach the \"locking\" portion.You will thenneed a wrench or socket to fasten it further, at which point it will \"lock\" in place. Self-locking nuts are especially useful as for exhaust systems, where vibrations could cause regular, non-locking nuts to gradually loosen and come off. These studs and nuts are premium quality, high strength and temperature resistant for exhaust system applications.
