86-87 Grand National / T-Type MAF Translator, Bracket and LT1 Sensor Combo
Grand National, Turbo T, and T-Type MAF Translator will work for TTA the bracket will not.
This device allows you to replace your obsolete factory MAF sensor with a newer style Polished LT1 3" MAF, LS1 3.5" MAF, LS7 4" and some others. It is plug and play for the Buicks. You will need to purchase a Larger MAF sensor separately (not for use with a stock MAF). It will work with any chip. If you already have a TT chip, it does not need to be changed to use this.
MAF Translator bracket in BLACK. The holes are pre drilled to install the translator but does not come with mounting hardware.
Mass air translator is Black as seen. This comes with fully detailed instructions. it is preset for the Lt-1 Mass air flow.
Mass air "MAF" Sensor - aluminum LT1 3.0"
Mass airflow sensor, 3.0". For use with the Translator. A newer, more reliable, more accurate airflow sensor for your car. The OD is more like 3.25 inches, so a 3" hose has to be stretched a bit to fit. A 3.25" hose works better. It's about an inch shorter in length than the stock sensor.
Even if your factory mass air is working fine this product will give you better performance and allow you to preserve your factory working mass air flow. None of the rebuilt replacement factory units we have found in recent years work properly. This is a great solution to to stock MAF sensor which is no longer available.
