NGK Iridium IX series is a popular performance upgrade spark plug for naturally aspirated gasoline engines. It features an ultra-fine 0.6mm iridium center electrode, which lowers required ignition voltage, brings snappier throttle response, stable combustion and improved fuel economy for daily street driving.
The tapered cut ground electrode minimizes heat quenching, accelerates flame propagation and offers strong anti-fouling ability. Works well for stock engines and lightly modified vehicles.
