Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges and refused shipment costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for your refund to be processed.
Shipping Damage Policy
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we've got you covered.
Please:
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Send photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Once the damaged merchandise is returned and verified, we will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Claims submitted after 72 hours cannot be accepted.
