• Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination ZIP code and apply to the lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. and destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may require additional shipping payment. Please contact us before purchasing.
• International Shipping:
  International orders are shipped exclusively through ’s International Shipping Program. • Local Pickup:
  Local pickup is available from our location in Puyallup, WA during normal business hours.

FREIGHT SHIPPING ▼

• Large and oversized items including engines, transmissions, quarter panels, doors, bumpers, exhaust systems, headliners, axle assemblies, seat assemblies, vehicle cradles, and similar components, will be shipped via freight.
• Freight orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared and all required delivery information has been provided. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

• Commercial Freight Delivery:

  Flat-rate freight shipping prices apply only to commercial addresses that have a loading dock or forklift, available to unload freight shipments and are accessible by a standard semi-truck.

  If your location does not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate service fee may apply. This service must be requested and confirmed at the time of Freight Delivery:
  Residential delivery is available but must be quoted separately before purchase. Residential freight delivery is typically more expensive than commercial delivery and may cost significantly more depending on location and shipment details.

• Freight Terminal Pickup:
  Buyers may choose to pick up their shipment directly from a local freight terminal. If this option is selected, we will provide the nearest available terminal information. The buyer is responsible for arriving with proper identification and any necessary equipment required to safely load and transport the shipment.

  A valid phone number and business name (when applicable) are required for all freight shipments.

• Delivery Appointments & Fees:
  The freight carrier will contact the buyer to schedule delivery. If the buyer does not respond to carrier calls, fails to schedule delivery, or misses a scheduled appointment, any additional redelivery or storage fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. These fees typically range from $100–$300, depending on shipment size, weight, and carrier requirements.

RETURNS ▼

All returned items must be complete and returned in the same condition as they were received. Items must include all original components, accessories, and hardware that were included with the original shipment.

If a return is requested due to buyer error, change of mind, no longer needing the item, failure to review listing photos, or failure to verify compatibility before purchase, a 20% restocking fee may apply, along with any applicable return shipping costs, where allowed under policy.
