  Freight Inspection

  1-Month / 1,000-Mile Limited Parts Warranty

  This transmission includes a 1-month or 1,000-mile limited parts warranty, beginning on the shipment date, whichever occurs first.

  The warranty covers qualifying internal transmission failure caused by a defect in the supplied transmission assembly.

  The warranty does not cover:

  • Installation or removal labor

  • Diagnostics, programming, calibration, or relearn procedures

  • Fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, coolers, or cooler lines

  • Sensors, wiring, modules, or external accessories

  • Towing, rental vehicles, storage, or vehicle downtime

  • Incorrect fitment or improper installation

  • Incorrect, contaminated, or insufficient fluid

  • Overheating or lack of lubrication

  • Failure to service the transmission cooler

  • Abuse, racing, modification, accidents, or neglect

  • Incidental or consequential expenses

  Warranty claims require proof of professional installation, a complete repair-facility invoice, VIN, mileage, fluid documentation, and diagnostic reports.

  Do not disassemble or repair the transmission without written authorization from Sincere Gear LLC.

  $500 Refundable Core Deposit

  The core deposit will be refunded after:

  • The correct original transmission is returned

  • The core is complete and rebuildable

  • The case is not cracked, broken, or welded

  • Major components are not missing

  • The unit has not been disassembled

  • The core is returned without catastrophic damage

  The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  Sincere Gear LLC’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the transmission.

  Sincere Gear LLC is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, diagnostics, programming, towing, rental vehicles, storage, lost income, vehicle downtime, or incidental or consequential damages.
