Came off a running and driving wheeler before I parted it out . Has a little silicone on it because the owner was to cheap to buy a new rubber carb boot . If it bugs you , you can always wire wheel it off .
Very nice carb . Slide moves great , butterfly valve moves great , I popped the bowl off and it looks super clean in the carb . All the jets are clear as well .
