Here we have a lower unit for 1989-2001 JohnsonEvinrude 3 cylinder/2 stroke 60-70 hp outboards, applications below. This lower unit is in good working condition. It was removed from an outboard that was only used in freshwater. It turns over smoothly and shifts correctly. The gear lube was clean when we checked it, no water and no metal. The water pump impeller is used but is in decent condition. This a long shaft lower unit for 20" transom motors! The prop shaft has 13 splines and the driveshaft has 17 splines.
