Important Truck Freight Shipping Information
Some products must be delivered via truck freight due to size and or weight. All truck freight to a commercial address is free,all residential delivery truck freight has a surcharge of $100. However some freight companies charge an additional fee of $75 for a lift gate service. The buyers of the freight will be responsible, for these additional fees. You MUST inspect all parts and parcels for possible damage. Any and all damages must be notated on all copies of the delivery invoice before the driver leaves, please be sure to safeguard your copy of the delivery invoice. Failure to follow this procedure will result in loss of your ability for damage claims.
Damages & Claims
All shipments are insured by the trucking company that makes the delivery NOT by One Stop Classic Car Parts. If you find damaged items, you MUST have the driver note the damage on all delivery receipts (yours and theirs). If the damage is severe, please make sure all damages are notated on all copies of the shipping documents from the freight company. If you find any damaged items after you have signed and accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, One Stop Classic Car Parts will not be able to assist you in the claim process. By signing the delivery receipt without notations, you are certifying that you have received your item or items in good condition. If you ship to someone other than yourself, you must let that person know to inspect the item or items for damage on arrival. If you or they sign the delivery receipt without any notations on the receipt it will be determined that your items were delivered in good condition.

***If a case is opened upon purchasing any item, your item will be held in transit until the case is lifted & closed.***
