Shipping

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. Most items can only be shipped to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates might be available however you would need to contact us first as we may be able to arrange shipment to you (depending on the item).

FREIGHT ORDERS

Please note that larger freight items may not be deliverable to certain residences and apartments. We recommend that you contact us before ordering large freight items if you plan on having the item delivered to a residence or apartment, as additional arrangements may need to be made for delivery.

Freight orders that are traveling long distances from Washington State may be interlined with another freight company due to the distance. Transmission Warranty Information

Some transmissions must be re-programmed to ensure proper functionality and drivability.

 Please consult with the dealer to verify per application.

This transmission is guaranteed to be free of defects for the duration specified in the warranty section of the listing. In case of a possible transmission defect, you may return it with the original invoice.  If a warrantied component is found to be defective, we will issue a refund, not to exceed the amount invoiced.

On all automatic transmissions, the transmission cooler must be replaced and cooler lines must be flushed to validate your warranty.

The warranty covers parts only.  Labor is not covered under any circumstances.  Compensation will not exceed the amount of the original invoice.

This warranty does NOT cover any incidental and consequential charges including those incurred by lodging, towing, shipping, loss of time, meals, rentals, replacement vehicle, or any other costs incurred as a result of the part being damaged or defective.  Installation costs are NOT covered.  Removal costs are NOT covered.  No verbal or implied guarantees will be honored.  All guarantees are void if failure is caused by faulty installation, low fluid levels, abuse, overheating, or faulty electrical or electronic devices.

This transmission is intended for use in an application that had a like transmission.  Other installations void all warranties.  Horsepower-enhancing or racing and high-performance applications will void the warranty.

The transmission must be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of the sale with all accompanying pieces, accessories, and attachments.  Any disassembly, modification or adjustment of the product may void the return or replacement.
