RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE:
- Openand inspect the parts in front of the driver BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE (Checkyour parts even if the box is not broken or damaged, a lot of damages occurswith the box show no signs of damage)
- Ifthe part is broken or damaged, write "damage upon delivery" on thefreight receiving slip and refuse it.Failure to note DAMAGE on thereceiving slip will FORFEIT any insurance claim and cannot be returned. NOEXCEPTIONS.

Why is shipping takes so long?
A: It is an over sized package and it have to be picked up by Freighttracking company. Regular shipping companies (EX: FED EX/UPS/USPS) that shipssmall boxes will not take it due to the size. Also due to the size of thepackage, shipping time slows down as well.

TEST FITMENT is required FIRST beforeany modifications. Cutting, drilling, sanding, shaving, trimming, applicationof heat, etc maybe required. Installation by an experienced aftermarketprofessional body shop is REQUIRED.
If there is a fitment issue please contact us and give us a chanceto resolve your issue. We will need you to send in pictures of the parts andshow us what the problems are. A copy of the business license from the bodyshop of who?s doing the installation. If the part(s) is deemed defective afterreviewing your claim, we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad productand ship out a new product.
Items that have been painted, drilled, or modified in any way canalso NOT be returned. Test fitment is REQUIRED before prep/paint!
