Calculated and Combined Shipping:
You may combine items into one package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package. Calculated shipping uses \'s shipping calculator. Enter your ZIP Code and the shipping cost is calculated according to your location. The weight of each item will be added together when you check out. Items must be purchased together for combined shipping, and items do not need to be the same. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about combined shipping.
Shipping for U.S. Sales:
Use \'s shipping calculator to get shipping charges. Shipping via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS. Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. Buyer pays shipping except if free shipping is offered. Items purchased and paid on Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of the time item is paid for. All Items purchased and paid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday with the exception of holidays. Items purchased and paid on a holiday will ship the following business day. With this said we will do everything possible to ship all items the same day. Under no circumstances will items be shipped without payment received. If an incorrect address is given at the time of purchase and the item is undeliverable the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping for International Sales:
Use \'s shipping calculator to get shipping charges. Shipping via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International. We no longer ship by USPS First Class Mail International as there is no package tracking with that service. Items purchased and paid on Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of the time item is paid for. All Items purchased and paid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday with the exception of holidays. Items purchased and paid on a holiday will ship the following business day. With this said we will do everything possible to ship all items the same day. Under no circumstances will items be shipped without payment received. If an incorrect address is given at the time of purchase and the item is undeliverable the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please Note: Your country may charge an import duty on this purchase in addition to the purchase price and shipping charges we strongly suggest that you determine what taxes your country will charge before you make a purchase. Under no circumstances will we falsify or undervalue export or declared value documents.
RETURNS
We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Absolutely no refunds on installed electrical parts.
Returns for Refund:
A refund of a returned item, less original shipping costs, will be issued if return authorization is obtained within 14 days of purchase. The item being returned must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition. There is no return on electrical, new has replacement warranty, used has exchange warranty, no exceptions.
The refund will be for the item being returned less shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items being returned for a refund will be subject to inspection. If the item being returned has been installed, damaged or the original packaging is damaged or marked and is not in resalable condition (i.e. torn, broken, written on, greasy finger prints, etc.) no refund will be issued.
Please use a suitable shipping carton to return items(do not use manufacture\'s packaging to ship).

Core Deposit Refunds
When the core is received back, BMR will evaluate the value based on the condition. If one or more parts of the core are not usable the core deposit refund will be adjusted to reflect the change in value.

Housing......60% of the value
Vertical Drive Shaft…..20% of the value
Prop Shaft.....20% of the value
Returns for Warranty:
If an item you have purchased from us fails please call and we will assist you with the warranty. Warranty items will follow the manufacturer\'s warranty policies. Not all warranty items can be returned to us, some manufacturers require you to send warranty items back to them direct and prior return authorization is required. We will assist you with the information needed to obtain return authorization. In the case that we have the ability to handle the warranty item. Return authorization is required prior to returning the item to us. In most cases the item will be replaced at no charge to you.
