I don\'t know much about this as I got it with a garage clean out.It is a Used SCI 2022110 Padded Black and Chrome 18\" Steering Wheel as shown. Not sure if this was off a truck, car, or semi. It is in used condition, so not perfect (i.e. blemishes, signs of use, wear on black, some missing stitching, etc).
