I don't know much about this as I got it from a garage clean out.It appears to be a 1940's 1950's Vintage Automobile Accessory GUIDE Traffic Light Viewer as shown. Overall in good condition for its age. However, it isn't perfect (i.e. corrosion makes pivot ball stiff, scratches, scrapes, paint loss, fading, pitting on chrome, etc). It still would be a great addition to the Hot Rod, Rat Rod, Lowrider, Car Restoration, TROG, SCTA, or just Man Cave Decoration.Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.Again, check to make sure that this will fit your application.What you see is what you get.Look the pictures over and judge for yourself!
