-The compatibility chart is a reference, always check the manufacture, supersede, or interchange part numbers if posted, especially for electronics parts (radio, navigation, control modules, amplifiers, ECM, TCM, ECU etc.). The manufacturer (P/N, OEM) numbers must match in order to work with your vehicle.
-It is a buyer responsibility to check if the part fits his car. The buyer must check the pictures, the manufacturer number if provided. In a car can be installed a part absolutely different from that in the listing even if it is in a compatibility list.
- Please note that we work with used auto parts that may have some wear and tear due to normal use, scratches, surface imperfections, scuffs, dust, dirt/oxidized surface/some rust on the back/oil residue.
-Hardware such as bolts and nuts may not be included even if it shows in the listing pictures, unless specifically noted.
RETURN and REFUND
-The return policy is 30 days at any reason.
- We have free return costs for 30 days return policy at any reason for all listings with free shipping.
- We will charge 25% restocking fee if Buyer wants to return order after 30 days.
-If buyer chooses the false return request reasons we will charge cost of return shipping label.
-Return request is false if chosen reason is “Doesn’t work” “Wrong item sent” Doesn’t match photo or description” when it just “Doesn’t fit” for buyer car; and “Missing parts” “Does not match photo or description” if buyer ask for parts never showed on the listing’s pictures or mentioned description.
- All Returns with reason " WRONG ITEM SENT" especially sent item is the same as shown in the listing (item's pictures / manufacturer number / description) will be subject to deduct additional 30% of restocking fee.
-Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activities. All parts are marked in case of return to ensure all original parts are on the item and to ensure the item was not tampered with or swapped. All returns that have signs of fraudulent actions will be reported to and file the POLICE report. We will also report such activities to the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) and/or the Postmaster General
-Most electric parts have been tested and work well. If a part does not work for any reason or damaged during delivery, please CONTACT US FIRST before opening the return case. We will find a way to replace it or make a refund, as appropriate.
SHIPPING
- We ship to US addresses via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. NOTE!!! Delivery date is EXPECTED and NOT GUARANTEED!!! We do not have express shipping options.
- Available Local Pickup. All local pickups are required to contact FIRST before making the purchase.
