This aluminum radiator upgrades your old copper unit, giving you more cooling power without sacrificing that hot rod look, It features 2 rows of large 1" tubes for greater flow and capacity to keep your engine running at the optimal temperature, Offered in a buffed or polished finish, giving you the option to make your ride shine, or allow you to paint to match, They use the decorative "T" caps to seal the filler neck at the top of the radiator just like the originals, A hidden pop-off valve, sold separately, is used for pressure control, just like a new style radiator cap would Speedway 1917-1923 T-Bucket Polished Aluminum Radiator-Chevy Outlets Sku # 91015600-P Mfr. These 1917-1923 T-Bucket radiators are built to work without a grille shell and look good doing it! Speedway T-bucket radiators do not use a conventional "pressure" radiator cap, rather they use the decorative "T" caps to seal the neck at the top of the radiator. A hidden pop-off valve ( is very helpful for sealing the decorative "T" caps.

Features Chevy position outlets, auto transmission cooler. These accept "T" radiator caps and accessories, but are not included.

  2. 4" upper tank thickness, 3" strap thicknes that encases the core, 2.25" core
  3. Uses 2 each 1" wide core tube
  4. Choose from buffed or polished

Summary: Radiator was fine and all connections etc appeared to be welded properly but the polished finish was very poor. I spent another 4 hours with a bench type buffing wheel to get a truely polished finish.

Summary: But I am not so sure on the radiator relief valve , it seems the radiators top tank keeps blowing off coolant leaving the top tank empty. Don't know what the problem is or the design but I am have a issue. I am going to add a radiator filler neck and cap and close off the relief valve with a recovery tank.
