These 1917-1923 T-Bucket radiators are built to work without a grille shell and look good doing it! Speedway T-bucket radiators do not use a conventional "pressure" radiator cap, rather they use the decorative "T" caps to seal the neck at the top of the radiator. A hidden pop-off valve ( is very helpful for sealing the decorative "T" caps.
Features Chevy position outlets, auto transmission cooler. These accept "T" radiator caps and accessories, but are not included.

Summary: Radiator was fine and all connections etc appeared to be welded properly but the polished finish was very poor. I spent another 4 hours with a bench type buffing wheel to get a truely polished finish.

Summary: But I am not so sure on the radiator relief valve , it seems the radiators top tank keeps blowing off coolant leaving the top tank empty. Don't know what the problem is or the design but I am have a issue. I am going to add a radiator filler neck and cap and close off the relief valve with a recovery tank.
