Up for sale is a complete set of four (4) Phoenix USA stainless steel dually wheel simulators. These are used, good-condition wheel liners designed to clean up and shine the wheels on heavy-duty dually trucks.

​Mounting Style: Quick Liner / Snap-on design (for standard steel dually wheels; does not fit Budd-style wheels).​Condition:
Used with normal signs of road use, minor scuffs, and dust from storage.( Please note: there is a Dent in one of the center caps ), as clearly shown in the photos. Stainless steel cleans up exceptionally well with metal polish.
