Return identification: An item that was not originally sold and shipped by us, including a substituted or swapped part, does not qualify for a refund from us. Suspected fraudulent returns may also be reported to the shipping carrier and the appropriate authorities, including the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), when applicable.
