Used Item RETURNS: 20% RESTOCK ON ITEMS THAT HAVE RETURNS. Customer pays SHIPPING TO & FROM. IF NO RETURNS are SHOWN that means WE DON'T TAKE RETURNS ON THOSE ITEMS. IF ITS OUR FAULT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
New Item Returns: If we get the box/bag back opened and or installed because it doesn't fit or does not fix your issue there will be a 45% restock charge less shipping. Then it's not considered new anymore.

Markings-- All our used items and some new are marked with red/yellow or pink dots or marks. That is to ensure on a return we receive our item back we sent. Pictures may verify that.
Engine Policy:All our engines are used unless otherwise noted. We do NOT Disassemble our engines and inspect them unless noted. We disclose all the information to best of our knowledge about the engine in our description along with multiple photos. Please look at photos & read description closely before your purchase. Most our used engines are cellophane, or saran wrapped to prevent dust, dirt and other materials from entering the engine after removal from the machine. We Also recommend you oil the engine according to manufacture specs for proper ring seating before running your used engine. We are not responsible for oil pump failure or any other causes that may affect the used engine. So, follow manufacture service manuals for proper installation. Thanks
