SHIPPING POLICY

• Large items such as hoods, doors, bumpers, trunk lids, engines, transmissions, and other bulk items are shipped via freight and require a commerchial address (not just a business address) with either a loading dock or access to a forklift and street must be accesible by 18-wheeler for delivery service.
• If you would like residential delivery for your freight item, there will be an additional $120-200 requested by US (on top of what you already paid) fter checkout for residential/lift gate delivery service.
• Buyer shipping address must be correct before placing the order. We will not change the address after the order has been submitted.
• International shipping is provided via \'s Global Shipping Program.
• In regards to brand new/closed box items, we reserved the right to open them before shipping in order to add additional packaging to the factory box. We find that often manufacturers do not add enough cushioning for the part/item in a shipping environment. And because packages are often mishandled we would like to make sure that your item arrives safely.

RETURN POLICY

• While we make every attempt to verify the condition of the parts we sell, some parts are not able to be tested and because of that we offer a 30 day return policy!
• Parts must be returned in their original condition. Parts that are returned incomplete, modified, damaged or otherwise tampered with will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be for the cost of original purchase only, under no circumstance will we reimburse for lost labor costs.
• -20% RESTOCKING FEE Applies on Returned must be submitted within 48 hours of checkout on . Orders will not be processed until payment has been completed.
