WARRANTY

• For the used items expect some wear and tear due to usage.
• We will ask you for the description of the problem with our item and photographs, once we review the problem we will give you a final decision.
• Upon receiving the item, we expect to be in clean perfect condition. Dirty or stained item with dirt, blood or unidentified substance will be charged $30 for cleaning fee. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and marked with adhesive tape the area of defect. It will be reviewed by our team and if not considered defective it will be returned to buyer at their expense or discarded if they do not wish to receive it. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the item.
