1. All items are dispatched from our demostic warehouse in CA, GA or NJ, America.
2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
3. If you\'re given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don\'t offer a pick-up option.
4. Please note: Some products maybe dispatched in more than one carton, they may arrive at different time. If you only received partial box please don\'t worry, contact us and we will tell you where are the rest packages.
Returns
