Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Let the engine and exhaust system cool completely for at least 90 minutes before disassembly to avoid serious thermal burns.
Raise the vehicle safely with jack stands, detach worn exhaust rubber hangers and loosen all factory flange bolts.
Remove the original complete exhaust assembly from underneath the vehicle.
Install new sealing gaskets between flanges, mount the new exhaust assembly and hang onto stock rubber exhaust isolators.
Tighten all flange bolts evenly in cross sequence, secure pipe joints with the supplied U-clamp to avoid exhaust leaks.
Start the engine and take a test drive. Check all joints, flanges and welds for exhaust leaks, rattling or abnormal loud noise.
Professional mechanic installation is recommended if you have no exhaust replacement experience.
Important Purchase & Usage Reminders
Light golden heat discoloration on pipes after long highway driving is normal thermal oxidation, not a manufacturing defect.
Please double confirm your Honda CR-V production year and 2.4L engine before checkout. This kit does NOT fit hybrid, 2.0L or other generation CR-V to prevent fitment issues and return shipping fees.
Any unauthorized modification such as removing catalytic converter will void the product fitment warranty and fail legal road inspection.
Avoid long-term deep water submersion during off-road driving to prevent internal rust and catalyst damage.
