Datsun 240Z Front Bumper Guards Left Right Pair 70-72 S30 Series 1/2 +NOS Rubber For Sale - New and Used

This listing is for a pair of used OE Datsun 240Z Series 1 or 2 Left and Right Front Bumper Guards or \"Over Riders\" as Datsun would have called them. These are correct for 1970, 1971 and 1972 model S30s, and were removed from my 4/70 car. The guards are used originals. They both have New Old Stock Rubber Trim installed. I\'m not sure if that rubber trim is genuine Nissan or aftermarket, but I can\'t tell the difference. They also come with new mounting nuts and washers. Cosmetic condition is still rather good compared to many, as shown, but there is some degradation and thinning of the chrome, and some light rust (especially on the inside). They\'re not perfectly straight, slightly distorted near where they mount to the bumper, as if maybe they were slightly overtightened. It\'s pretty subtle, but I\'m a full disclosure guy. They\'d be great cores for rechroming, or suitable for use on a reasonably nice car as they are. These guards seem to have become scarce lately, and as far as I can sell no reproductions are available that are pre-drilled for the rubber trim. Please use the photographs to get a good idea of the condition of the pieces, and ask any questions prior to purchase. I can\'t testify that the part numbers I\'ve listed are correct, but that\'s what the internet led me to.
