In addition to donating to Wounded Warrior Project, we also strive to be as eco friendly as possible. Any and all of our either failed prints, support materials, spool holders, excess boxes are all recycled. We also try to repurpose used boxes as shipping material.

At ido3Dprints is a 3D printing a company. We utilize 10+ FDM printers. We ship world wide and can handle any print size requested! Feel free to check us out online as well as our other items on . Customer service is our top priority! Please be sure to read the description thoroughly to make sure that this is the item you want before making a purchasing decision. If you have any questions about this item, please contact us via messages before placing your order. We make every effort possible to accurately describe and depict the items. All of our custom made prints come with a 6 month warranty, we guarantee no melts, crack or failed prints under normal operating conditions.
FAST TRACK & POLISHING OPTIONS
We offer multiple add on options for all of our prints.
Fast Track option can be purchased here: Fast Track Listing (Click). This addon places your order to the top of our print queue system for only $5.00, only one order of Fast Track needs to be purchased to cover your entire order.
Polishing option can be purchased here: Polishing Addon Listing (Click) . With this addon we will vaporize polish your print. Kindly see image below for an example. Polished prints will have minimal layer line visibility, and have a reflective glass like finish.

PAYMENT
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, all major credit cards are gladly accepted through PayPal as the payment processor. PayPal offers great buyer and seller protection. Your order will be processed pending receipt of cleared payment through PayPal. Sales tax may be charged depending on your location.We also happily accept PayPal credit as a form of payment.
SHIPPING / PRINT QUEUE
All of our orders are shipped via USPS w/ tracking included. Import customs duties or taxes which are not included in item price, if any, are on buyer\'s responsibility. You can check with your local customs office for further information prior to offerding/buying. Orders are printed in the order of which they are received in order to keep it fair for all of our customers regardless of source. We host a live page of our print queue at: our customers can track the status of their order. If your order needs to be expedited we offer a \"Fast Track\" option for a minimal fee.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
Cancellations:
Once we process an order from and the order has been added to our print queuing system, it can no longer be canceled. The customer can either return or refuse the package. In order to track down an order for the purposes of canceling it, would completely disrupt our business, our shipping department, and interfere with our productivity.
Returns:
We stand behind our prints 100% - if you are unsatisfied with your print/purchase (within 7 days of shipment marked as delivered) we are happy to refund you or get a reprint out immediately. The print/item that is being replaced must be shipped back prior replacement being shipped out, unless directly coordinated with us. Before opening any type of case/return request we ask you please reach out to us, theres no issue we will not resolve.
DISCLAIMER
3D Printing: or Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), is an additive manufacturing process that belongs to the material extrusion family. In FDM, an object is built by selectively depositing melted material in a pre-determined path layer-by-layer. The materials used are thermoplastic polymers and come in a filament form. The best way to understand this process is think of how a hot glue gun works, it outputs melted plastic, 3D printers do the same thing except on a mm level. Moreover, since the molten material is pressed against the previous layer, its shape is deformed to an oval. This means that FDM parts will always have a wavy surface, even for low layer hieght, and that small features, such as small holes or threads may need to be post processed after printing. FDM parts can be finished to a very high standard using various post-processing methods, such as sanding and polishing, priming and painting, cold welding, vapor smoothing, epoxy coating and metal plating.
