Installation Guide

1. Turn off vehicle engine and headlight switch. Disconnect battery negative terminal.
2. Wait at least 30 minutes for HID ballast and bulb to cool down and discharge high voltage.
3. Open headlight rear cover, locate D5S Philips bulb assembly.
4. Twist counter-clockwise to unlock old bulb, carefully pull bulb out from housing.
5. Do NOT touch bulb glass surface with bare fingers, oil residue will cause premature burnout.
6. Install remanufactured Philips D5S bulb into headlight housing, twist clockwise to lock securely.
7. Reconnect wiring connector and reinstall rear dust cover.
8. Reconnect battery, turn headlights on and test light output.
9. Check for flickering or warning light, adjust headlight aim if needed.
10. Tips: If bulb still flickers, inspect HID ballast and wiring harness condition.
