Core Return:
Your newly remanufactured rack and pinon comes with a free RETURN SHIPPING LABELPost the return shipping label on to the box that came with your new rack and pinon unit. You can drop off the package at any UPS location or schedule a pick-up through their website. Once the old core has been received and the core has been inspected- your Limited Lifetime Warranty will become active beginning on the date it was received.
Core charges may differ depending on make and model please check core pricing for accurate information. Core must be returned in order to activate the Limited Lifetime Warranty - more information can be found in the Limited Lifetime Warranty Clause.
**Please remember to drain the rack and pinion core of all fluid prior to shipping. Failure to do so may damage the box and prevent UPS from shipping the package.**
* Limited Lifetime Warranty: SpeedLine Auto guarantees the quality of the products for the lifetime of the original vehicle under normal use and service. SpeedLine Auto certifies that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should any of our products ever fail during normal use, SpeedLine Auto will replace the item free of charge. SpeedLine Auto will not be obligated to pay or reimburse the owner of the vehicle for the cost of removing and returning the failed unit or installing the replacement unit. Shipping costs is not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and is the responsibility of the original purchaser to return the original item with a prepaid shipping label. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is a non-transferable agreement in which no other party may claim other than the original purchaser. SpeedLine Auto has the right to void any warranty in which a warranty is claimed from any party other than the original purchaser. Once a warranty is claimed and an item is deemed defective, the unit will be returned with the prepaid shipping label provided by the original purchaser.
Bent Shafts, Tie-Rods, and Housings are not covered under the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, misused, improperly installed or used in applications other than intended for.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ***Limited Lifetime Warranty apply only to customers that have returned their old core (exact model and vehicle) back to SpeedLine Auto within 45 days of purchased date. For non-returned cores there will be a 30 day limited warranty beginning from the date of purchase. ***
