This is an aftermarket American made patch panel. I purchased about 15 years ago for a 35 Chrysler coupe I was building.
This patch panel is for the driver side between the back of the door in the front of the rear wheel. Lower bottom. I purchased it for 1935 Chrysler but there was a 1936 Dodge in town and he said they were exactly the same with just a different truck . Please use your own judgment on that.
