- You will have to pick up freight shipments at the nearest terminal if a business/commercial address is not provided!
- Freight shipping needed with lift gate service please add an additional $65.
- Freight shipping needed with lift gate service ($65) and inside delivery ($45) please add an additional $110.
- Freight shipping to a residential address please add an additional $75.
