3.) FedEx shipping labelwill be provided to customer upon approval from our Customer ServiceDepartment.
4.) All return itemsrequire a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), which is issued by our CustomerService Department. RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
5.) Any return itemwithout RMA# will be rejected and a mandatory restocking fee (up to 20% of thepurchasing price) will apply.
6.) Please allow up to3-4 business days for processing your return and exchange.
7.) Return ProcessingDepartment will test all return items and, if there is no defect, a mandatory restockingfee (up to 20% of the purchasing price) will be charged through your method ofpurchase.
8.) If the returned itemis lost or stolen during transit, the replacement(s) will not be shipped beforea claim approval.
9.) The buyer will have 14 days to return the item once the return hasbeen authorized and the RMA# issued. RazorMotor automatically view and void any return after this period.
